As RVP, Agency New Business Sales you'll drive growth by driving awareness and revenue growth of DHI's (Dice & Clearance Jobs) solution offerings through our Agency and programmatic partners by leveraging your considerable sales experience, extensive agency relationships, programmatic experience and aptitude for deal-making. You will leverage your extensive list of existing relationships as well as build new ones while you help to scale our agency business. Ultimately the success of the Agency team and DHI are based on the success of our partners & clients, and you will be at the forefront of driving those critical outcomes. You will collaborate with different internal stakeholders and team members to ensure maximum performance for everyone involved. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter, who can work in a fast-paced growing company and has built strong relationships at Recruitment Advertising Agencies. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Developing the infrastructure for long-termed partnerships and ideate/execute scaled initiatives with Agencies across our offering and beyond Making immediate impact developing new business growth through existing Recruitment Advertising Agency contacts Identifying, building, and maintaining strategic relationships, at all levels, within the Recruitment Advertising Agencies Educating, empowering and enabling team members across all levels of the agency organizations Collaborating with strategic agency partners to achieve annual performance incentive targets Developing sales enablement tools, assets, and programs for agency account teams Driving partner engagement, satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to maximize partner experience and ROI Collaborating with Sales and Account Management Teams as a liaison with Recruitment Advertising Agencies to secure new clients and substantially increase sales with existing clients to achieve or exceed all sales goals for new and recurring business Initiating and delivering sales proposals and demonstrations with key decision makers and stakeholders, to negotiate/overcome objections to close deals Building and maintaining a sales pipeline for future business to meet all monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. For this role, we're requiring:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledgeable of recruitment media trends, pay-for-performance models, and programmatic software capabilities Conversant in talent acquisition technology, process, funnel metrics, and KPI's Advanced ability to communicate and negotiate professionally and effectively, in-person, over the phone and in writing Ability to develop relationships with high level executives and decision makers Ability to build client presentations and track performance metrics Strong written and verbal communication Positive attitude, driven, competitive, sense of urgency, goals oriented and willingness to learn Proficiency with Salesforce & Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Education, Experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience required 7
years of current sales experience where a significant portion of compensation is tied to sales/quota attainment, preferably in the life sciences and/or recruitment/digital advertising markets Compensation Base salary/pay plus commissions of $240,000 - $300,000 per year at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
